This free day of pampering and renewal is designed to lift the spirits while pampering the body. This year\, our annual Spa Day will take place virtually on Sun\, May 21\, 10 am-4 pm\, Eastern Daylight Time. The day’s sessions may include self-massage\, Zentangle art therapy\, and mind/body exercises including yoga\, meditation\, and Moving for Life\, all specifically designed for women living with cancer.
