DESCRIPTION:Sharsheret is joining forces with the Concern Foundation and other LA cancer nonprofit organizations to race in the LA Marathon and Charity Challenge Half Marathon on Sunday\, March 17th.\n\nYour participation and fundraising dollars will go towards the Concern Foundation’s sponsorship of Sharsheret’s quality of life kits for women in treatment for breast or ovarian cancer\, or increased hereditary risk. DESCRIPTION:Sharsheret is proud to be an official charity partner of New York Road Runners\, for the United Airlines NYC Half each year. The 13.1-mile journey begins in Brooklyn\, goes over the Manhattan Bridge\, heads north on the FDR Drive\, zips through Times Square (only 1 of 2 times it is closed each year!)\, and finishes in Central Park.   Through this partnership\, we are able to provide you the opportunity to make your miles meaningful by joining Team Sharsheret. \n\nAS A TEAM SHARSHERET ATHLETE YOU RECEIVE: \n\nCoveted slot in the 2024 United Airlines NYC Half.\nPersonalized training schedule from our certified coach.\n\nAccess to a private What’s App group for Team Sharsheret athletes.\n\nPre-race dinner in NYC.\nOngoing fundraising assistance and tips from Sharsheret staff\, along with a personalized fundraising page.\nOfficial Team Sharsheret swag.\nRoundtrip airfare from anywhere in the continental US.\n\n\nAS A TEAM SHARSHERET ATHLETE YOU WILL: \n\nCommit to raise $2\,500 by race day\, March 17\, 2024.
